Chicago's Picasso Celebration 2013:

On a cold day in March 2013, Art students attempt to inflate an exhibit on "Daley Plaza" in celebration of Pablo Picasso's gift to Chicago of his sculpture of a woman in 1961.
Picasso's first recognized major exhibit at a World Class Museum was in Chicago at The Art Institute of Chicago after having been turned down by other museums in large "World Class Cities", and in appreciation, he gave the city of Chicago this sculpture as a gift even though he was offered $100,000 by others for its design; ...keeping in mind that in 1961 $100,000 was a lot of money.
